Summer is slowly but surely making an appearance this year, and the warmer weather can’t come soon enough for most of us! And what pairs perfectly with summer? You guessed it, coffee! Whether you like traditional iced coffee, cold brew, or you’re searching for something new and creative, we’ve got you covered with these delicious summer iced coffee recipes!

Cold Brew Lemonade

Love cold brew coffee? Love lemonade? Then you’re going to love this new twist on an Arnold Palmer! Slightly bitter, a little bit sweet, and a whole lot delicious, this drink is easy to make and perfect for BBQs.

Ingredients:

Cold Brew Coffee

Lemonade

Ice

Directions: Fill your favorite glass with ice. Pour one part cold brew coffee into your glass followed by one part lemonade. Stir and enjoy! You can also layer the lemonade and coffee depending on your taste preferences. We recommend experimenting until you find your perfect mix.

Creamy Iced Coffee

If you like your coffee sweet and refreshing, you’re going to want to give this creamy iced coffee a try! You can make this recipe with or without the liqueur depending on your preferences and mood.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 quarts of brewed room temperature coffee

1 cup of milk

1 cup half and half

1/3 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons creme de cacao OR chocolate syrup

Directions: Grab a pitcher and combine the coffee, half and half, and milk. Stir in the vanilla, sugar, and either the liqueur or chocolate syrup. Let your creamy iced coffee chill in the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy.

Super Easy Iced Coffee

If you’re short on time or just need a quick coffee fix, this super easy iced coffee might be your go-to drink this summer! Similar to an iced cappuccino, this yummy java has few ingredients and plenty of caffeine to perk you up. You will need a sealable jar or container of some kind for this drink. 

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of your favorite instant coffee

1 teaspoon sugar

3 tablespoons of warm water

6 ounces of cold milk

Directions: In a sealable jar you will combine the coffee, warm water, and sugar. Cover your jar and give it a good shake until it’s nice and foamy. Pour the coffee into a glass full of ice. Add in the milk. We recommend experimenting with the amount of milk you use to find the perfect balance.
